In the unlikely event of damage incurred during the shipping process, please email orders@loupeart.com within 24 hours of the delivery date with your order number.
Fine Art Print Orders
Please include photos of the items below, all three are required to file a claim with our carrier, and to qualify the order as eligible for a replacement.
- damaged product
- interior packaging
- exterior packaging
Orders reported damaged outside of the 24 hours, or without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging materials, will not qualify for replacement*.
**Damaged and lost fine art orders are eligible for replacement of the purchased product. Please note all sales are final and refunds are not available for damaged or lost orders.
Original Art Freight Orders
Please inspect and document damages to the packaging and artwork before the delivery person departs, making sure a notation is made on the bill of lading (freighting receipt) BEFORE signing for receipt.
A Loupe representative will contact you to discuss further action. Please see your “Buyer Best Practices: Delivery Checklist” which will be emailed to you with additional detailed instructions immediately after purchase.
Customers authorized to return original artwork will have three (3) days to ship out the artwork via UPS or make pick-up arrangements through our fine art shipping partner. We ask that the customer retain and reuse the original packaging and/or crating materials.
